At The Little Cowgirl, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to love every piece you receive. Because many of our products are custom-made through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while recognizing the personalized nature of our products.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect (wrong item, size, color, or design sent)

If your order arrives with any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thelittlecowgirl.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the product problem

Once reviewed, we will work quickly to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Preference changes after purchase
• Minor color variation caused by screen display settings
• Slight placement variations that naturally occur during printing

We encourage customers to carefully review size guides and product descriptions before placing an order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Replacements

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost instead of a refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not already started. Once production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible because items are custom-made.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate with the shipping carrier.
